What 21st Century Plumbing is. 21st Century Plumbing is a directory that helps homeowners connect with independent, local plumbing professionals. We are not a plumbing contractor. We do not perform repairs, installations, maintenance, or any other service ourselves, and we do not employ the professionals you may be connected with.

No professional relationship or warranty. The professionals you reach are independent businesses. We do not guarantee their availability, pricing, licensing, insurance, or the quality, safety, or outcome of any work they perform. It is your responsibility to verify that any professional you hire holds the licenses and insurance required for your job. The site and our connection service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

Calls and partner routing. Calls placed to numbers on our site may be routed through a partner network and connected to an independent pro. By calling, you consent to this routing and to the practices described in our Privacy Policy and Disclosure.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts, omissions, or work of any independent professional. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which is zero.
